Team with a clear mission: to tackle the pressing issue of vacant properties
across the city. With energy, determination, and fresh ideas, the team is
committed to bringing empty homes back into use — providing muchneeded housing and breathing new life into communities.
This initiative marks a significant step forward in addressing housing
shortages and supporting regeneration in neighbourhoods that need it
most. By identifying long-term empty properties and working closely with
owners and partners, the team aims to turn these wasted spaces into
quality homes once again.
