Who We Are

We are a volunteer-run, self-funded organisation based in Greater Manchester, driven by a shared passion for tackling the housing crisis and revitalising our communities. Born out of frustration with the sheer number of empty and derelict properties, we’ve committed ourselves to bringing these homes back into use—one property at a time.

our mission

What We Do

Our mission is to the help the housing crisis by bringing as many empty and derelict homes back into use. We will work with homeowners and neighbours of these properties to find owners and approach them to help them sell their properties. We offer a full service team to help with paperwork, legals probate and any other problems that come up when trying to sell. We will work with our investors who will purchase the properties with a very quick turnaround to refurb the properties and bring back onto the rental market.
